Earful Brand Identity Copy

Earful, a social listening tool under Tango Digital, monitors online conversations worldwide and safeguards brand reputations. They needed a unique brand identity that reflected their cutting-edge technology.

Making intangible services tangible through design was primary. Social listening is invisible—algorithms scanning posts, AI analyzing sentiment—none inherently visual. We needed brand elements communicating complex functionality quickly as clients scrolled. Positioning Earful competitively required feeling substantial enough to be trusted with reputation work, but not so corporate that it intimidated smaller businesses. The brand needed to work standalone and as part of Tango Digital family, maintaining distinctiveness without disconnection. Brand guideline providing complete visual system for consistency with flexibility. One-page website design explains what Earful does, demonstrates value, builds credibility, and converts visitors through scrolling narrative guiding through problem, solution, features, and calls-to-action. Social media strategy and templates maintain active, engaging presence educating customers while positioning Earful as thought leaders.
